• Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus), Irish Moss (Chondrus crispus), Black Walnut hull (Juglans nigra), Barberry (Berberis vulgaris), Parsley (Petroselinum crispum), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri).

Usage

Tincture: take 4 to 8 squirts under the tongue or in a little water, once or twice daily.

Oxymel: take 15 to 30 drops under the tongue, neat or in a little water, once or twice daily.

Take with or after food.

Not for long-term continuous use. Take a break after [X weeks / as stated on label].

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
