There are hedgerow plants from European cottage gardens, such as Nettle, Red Clover, Raspberry Leaf, Yarrow and Lady's Mantle. There's Maca, grown high in the Peruvian Andes, and Rhodiola, from the cold mountains of Siberia and Scandinavia. And there are classic tonic herbs from Chinese tradition, including Astragalus, Epimedium and Cordyceps.

At the heart of the bundle is Femtone, a traditional women's blend. It's paired with Passion Plus for Women, a botanical capsule for everyday vitality. The routine is completed by Cococanna Passion Balm, a rich, cannabis-infused botanical balm for moments of self-care. Ingredients: Chaste Tree Berry (Vitex agnus-castus), Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) and Maca (Lepidium meyenii).

Adrenatone 50ml Tincture or Oxymel

An adaptogen blend for an everyday resilience and stress-wellness routine.

Ingredients: Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba), Liquorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), Ginseng (Panax [species]), Maca (Lepidium meyenii) and Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis).

Usage

Femtone and Adrenatone tinctures: take 4 to 8 squirts under the tongue or in a little water, once or twice daily.

Femtone and Adrenatone oxymels: take 15 to 30 drops under the tongue, neat or in a little water, once or twice daily.

Passion Plus for Women: take 1 to 3 capsule(s) daily with water and a meal.

Hormopro: take 1 to 3 capsule(s) daily with water and a meal.

Cococanna Passion Balm: warm a small amount between your fingertips and smooth it onto clean, intact skin. For external use only.

Start with the core bundle for at least a week before adding anything else, and introduce add-ons one at a time.

Maca appears in four of the five products. Rather than taking every internal product at full dose together, ask your healthcare practitioner how best to combine them.

Important Information

For general wellness only. This bundle is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any hormonal, reproductive or other medical condition.

Not suitable during pregnancy or while trying to conceive. Several of the herbs, including Yarrow, Angelica, Wild Yam, Black Cohosh, Chaste Tree, Liquorice and Tribulus, should be avoided at these times. Do not use while breastfeeding unless your doctor or midwife has advised it.

Do not use the internal products if you have, or have had, a hormone-sensitive condition (such as breast, uterine or ovarian cancer, endometriosis or fibroids) without your doctor's approval. Red Clover, Kudzu, Wild Yam and Black Cohosh have plant-oestrogen-type activity.

If you use hormonal contraception, HRT or fertility treatment, speak to your doctor before using Hormopro (Chaste Tree, Black Cohosh) or Passion Plus for Women.

Black Cohosh (Hormopro): stop using it and see a doctor straight away if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual tiredness or pain in the upper abdomen. Do not use it if you have liver problems.

Liquorice Root (Adrenatone): avoid if you have high blood pressure, heart or kidney problems or low potassium, or if you take diuretics or heart medication. Do not use it for long periods without advice.

Ginkgo, Ginseng and Angelica: these may increase bleeding risk. Do not use them if you take blood-thinning medication, and stop at least two weeks before any surgery or dental procedure.

Rhodiola, Ginseng and Schisandra: speak to your doctor before using them if you take antidepressants, blood-pressure, diabetes or thyroid medication, or have bipolar disorder.

Allergies: do not use if you are allergic to plants in the daisy family (Yarrow), legumes (Red Clover, Kudzu), coconut or bee products (Beeswax).

Cococanna Passion Balm: for external use only. Do not swallow it. Keep it away from the eyes, mouth, genitals and broken or irritated skin. Patch test before first use. It contains coconut oil, and oil-based products can weaken latex condoms and diaphragms. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Stop use of any product if a rash, headache, palpitations, digestive upset or any other unexpected reaction occurs.
