Quercetin Synergetic Complex pairs Quercetin, a natural plant compound found in onions, apples and berries, with Bromelain, NAC, Vitamin C, Yarrow, Sarsaparilla and Nettle in one capsule. Chlorella Tincture, made from a single-celled freshwater green algae naturally rich in chlorophyll, adds a nutrient-dense green food to the routine in a quick, convenient spray. It's a simple daily routine to enjoy alongside plenty of water, regular movement and good rest. You can personalise the bundle with up to two optional add-ons: Immunotone, a traditional blend of Turmeric, Turkey Tail mushroom, Holy Basil, Ashwagandha, Boswellia and Skullcap; and Activated Charcoal, an occasional-use option for those who specifically want to include it.

Usage

Daily

Lymphotone tincture: take 4 to 8 squirts under the tongue or in a little water, once or twice daily.

Lymphotone oxymel: take 15 to 30 drops under the tongue, neat or in a little water, once or twice daily.

Quercetin Synergetic Complex: take [1–2] capsule(s) daily with water and a meal.

Chlorella Tincture: take 4 to 8 squirts under the tongue or in a little water, once or twice daily. Start at the lower amount for the first few days, then increase gradually.

Take all products at least 2 hours apart from prescription medication, and drink plenty of water throughout the day. The bundle is not for long-term continuous use.

Important Information

General

See your doctor about swollen glands or lumps that last more than two weeks, or swelling in the legs or arms.

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Stop use at least two weeks before scheduled surgery or dental procedures.

Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have:

an autoimmune condition, a kidney condition or kidney stones, asthma, diabetes, or a bleeding disorder

reflux or gallstones, low blood pressure, or a hormone-sensitive condition

Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take blood-thinning (including warfarin), immune-suppressing, blood-sugar, blood-pressure, diuretic, heart (including digoxin and nitroglycerin), lithium, antibiotic or other prescription medication.

Avoid if you are allergic to plants in the daisy family, such as ragweed or chrysanthemums (Echinacea, Marigold, Yarrow), to pineapple or latex (Bromelain), or to algae, iodine or mould (Chlorella).

Alcohol and oxymel bases

The Chlorella Tincture and the Lymphotone tincture contain alcohol. If you avoid alcohol, choose the Lymphotone oxymel, which contains honey and apple cider vinegar.

Chlorella

Chlorella is high in vitamin K. If you take blood-thinning medication such as warfarin, do not use it without your doctor's approval.

May increase sun sensitivity in some people.

It may turn stools green, which is harmless. Mild wind, bloating or nausea can happen in the first few days.

Optional add-ons

Stop use and seek advice if you experience unusual bleeding or bruising, stomach upset, persistent nausea, heartburn, headache, dizziness, rash, swelling or difficulty breathing.

Immunotone

Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have a thyroid, liver or autoimmune condition, gallstones or diabetes, or if you take thyroid, sedative, blood-thinning, blood-sugar or immune-suppressing medication.

If you are receiving cancer treatment, do not use it without your oncologist's approval.

May cause drowsiness in some people.

Avoid if you are allergic to mushrooms.

Activated Charcoal

Activated charcoal can make medicines, including the contraceptive pill, less effective. If you use hormonal contraception, use a backup method, such as condoms, for the rest of that cycle.

Do not use if you have a bowel obstruction, slow digestion or a history of severe constipation.

It turns stools black, which is harmless. It may cause constipation.

It is not a treatment for poisoning or overdose. If poisoning is suspected, call emergency services or the Poison Information Centre immediately.

Keep all products out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
