Energize 50 ml Tincture or Oxymel

Energize is a lively blend of eight botanicals drawn from traditions around the world, from the Amazon to Asia to our own Karoo. Guarana and Green Tea supply naturally occurring caffeine. Ginseng, Astragalus and Schisandra are classic tonic herbs of Chinese and Korean practice. Spirulina adds nutrient-dense blue-green algae. Sceletium (Kanna) is a South African succulent traditionally chewed by the Khoi and San. Peppermint brings a fresh, clean finish. Energize is available as a classic alcohol-based tincture or as an oxymel, a traditional preparation of herbs in honey and apple cider vinegar, so you can choose the format that suits you best.

Ingredients

Guarana (Paullinia cupana), Ginseng ([Panax ginseng / other species on label]), Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus), Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), Green Tea (Camellia sinensis), Sceletium (Sceletium tortuosum), Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis), Peppermint (Mentha × piperita).

Tincture base: [alcohol type and 50%, water]

Oxymel base: [raw honey, apple cider vinegar]

How to use

Tincture: take 4 to 8 squirts under the tongue or in a little water, once or twice daily, about 15 minutes before meals.

Oxymel: take 15 to 30 drops under the tongue, neat or in a little water, once or twice daily, about 15 minutes before meals.

Use in short courses of up to 7 days at a time, with at least [X weeks] between courses.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Avoid combining with other liver, digestive or cleansing formulas without checking for overlapping ingredients.
