We sell natural, plant-based herbal wellness products. Product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith and we take care to keep them accurate. Natural products may vary slightly in colour, scent or appearance from batch to batch.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We may update prices from time to time, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed. Payment is processed securely through PayFast (card, Instant EFT, SnapScan), PayPal, or manual EFT / bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received (or, for manual EFT, once we have confirmed receipt).

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Before you complete checkout, the full price, delivery cost and these terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy) are made available to you. A binding contract is formed once we accept your order and confirm payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred), in which case we will refund any payment made.

We ship across South Africa. Standard shipping is charged at checkout, and orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by couriers or factors beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), including the 5-day cooling-off period for online purchases, are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

When using our website and products, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account, delivery and payment information.
• Use the products as intended and follow any usage guidance provided.
• Consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
• Not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

All content on this website — including our name, logo, text, images and product photography — belongs to Medicine Like Food or its licensors, and may not be copied or used without our permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or any other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
