• Echinacea ([Echinacea purpurea / angustifolia]), Cleavers (Galium aparine), Mullein (Verbascum thapsus), Marigold (Calendula officinalis), Raspberry Leaves (Rubus idaeus), Plantain Leaves (Plantago major), Peppermint (Mentha × piperita).
• Tincture base (50ml amber-glass spray bottle): alcohol and 50%, water.
• Oxymel base (50ml amber dropper bottle): raw honey, apple cider vinegar

How To Use

Tincture: take 4 to 8 squirts under the tongue or in a little water, once or twice daily.

Oxymel: take 15 to 30 drops under the tongue, neat or in a little water, once or twice daily.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Not for long-term continuous use.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
