Grape Seed Extract comes from the tiny seeds of red wine grapes, which are usually thrown away after the grapes are pressed. Its story begins in France. In the mid-20th century, the French scientist Professor Jacques Masquelier dedicated his career to studying a group of natural plant compounds called OPCs (oligomeric proanthocyanidins). He found that grape seeds are one of nature's richest sources of them. His work helped make grape seed extract one of Europe's best-known botanical supplements. Grape seed extract has also been linked to the "French Paradox", the long-standing question of why the French, despite their rich diet, have traditionally had good heart health. Proanthocyanidins are powerful antioxidants, part of the same family of plant compounds that give red wine, dark berries and dark chocolate their deep colour. This extract is standardised to 95% proanthocyanidins, so you know each capsule delivers a consistent, concentrated amount, without any of the alcohol or sugar of wine.

Usage

Take 1 capsule daily with water and a meal.

Consistent daily use over several weeks works best.

Take it at least 2 hours apart from iron supplements.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
