Usage

Daily

Thyrotone tincture: take 4 to 8 squirts under the tongue or in a little water, once or twice daily.

Thyrotone oxymel: take 15 to 30 drops under the tongue, neat or in a little water, once or twice daily.

BMI Balance: take 1 to 3 capsule(s) daily with a meal, in the morning or early afternoon (it contains caffeine).

Chromium Herbal: take 1 to 3 capsule(s) daily with a meal.

Optional add-ons

Adaptopro: take 1 to 3 capsule(s) daily with a meal, in the morning.

Vitamin B Herbal: take 1 to 3 capsule(s) daily with a meal.

Start with one product, then add the others one at a time. Take all products at least 2 hours apart from prescription medication. The bundle is not for long-term continuous use. Do not exceed the recommended dose of any product.

Thyrotone contains iodine from Bladderwrack and Irish Moss, and Ashwagandha (in Thyrotone and Adaptopro) may raise thyroid hormone levels.

Avoid combining with kelp, sea moss or other iodine supplements.

If you have diabetes or take blood-sugar medication (including insulin):

Do not use this bundle unless your doctor has approved it.

Fenugreek, Bilberry, Holy Basil, Ginseng and Barberry may lower blood sugar, and combining them with medication may cause blood sugar to drop too low. Monitor your blood sugar closely.

Signs of low blood sugar include shakiness, sweating, dizziness, confusion, a racing heart and sudden hunger.

Medication and health conditions

Barberry, Black Pepper and other ingredients can change how the body processes some medicines. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you take any prescription medication, especially blood-thinning (including warfarin), blood-pressure, heart, antidepressant (including MAOIs), sedative, lithium, diuretic, immune-suppressing or hormone medication.

Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have:

high blood pressure, or a heart, liver or kidney condition

an autoimmune condition (including lupus), bipolar disorder, a bleeding disorder or gout

a hormone-sensitive condition, or phenylketonuria (PKU)

Contains caffeine from Green Tea (BMI Balance). Avoid combining with other stimulant products.

Ashwagandha appears in both Thyrotone and Adaptopro, and Ginseng in both BMI Balance and Adaptopro. If you choose Adaptopro, check with a healthcare practitioner first.

Other

The Thyrotone tincture contains alcohol, and the oxymel contains honey and apple cider vinegar.

Fenugreek may give sweat and urine a harmless maple-syrup smell.

Stop use and seek advice if you experience any of the following:

low-blood-sugar symptoms

a racing or slow heartbeat, palpitations, restlessness or difficulty sleeping

stomach upset, rash or swelling

signs of liver discomfort, such as unusual tiredness, dark urine or yellowing of the skin or eyes
