Usage

Daily

Cell Sync: take 1 to 3 capsules daily with meals. Start with 1 capsule and increase gradually.

After activity

Muscle & Joint Comfort Spray: shake well, then spray 2–3 times onto clean, intact skin over tired muscles and joints, and massage until absorbed.

Wash your hands afterwards, and do not use with heat packs or tight bandages.

Evening

Green Dragon: start with 5 drops under the tongue, hold for 20 seconds, then swallow.

Increase gradually over several days until you find what suits you.

Try your first dose at home, when you have nowhere to be.

Optional add-ons

BMI Balance: take 1 to 3 capsule(s) daily with meals, in the morning or early afternoon.

Fem Fit Formula: take 1 to 3 capsules daily with meals, in the morning or before training.

Both add-ons contain caffeine from Green Tea. If you choose both, take them at different times of day and avoid other caffeine and stimulant products.

Avoid if you are allergic to mushrooms, pineapple or latex (Bromelain), bee products or pollen (Propolis), or plants in the daisy family (Arnica).

Cell Sync

Contains Liquorice, which may raise blood pressure and lower potassium.

Muscle & Joint Comfort Spray

For external use only. Do not apply to broken skin, the face or mucous membranes.

Contains Wintergreen, a natural salicylate. Avoid if you are allergic to aspirin.

Contains alcohol and is flammable.

Green Dragon

Contains cannabinoids, including THC, which may cause drowsiness or impaired judgement. Do not drive or operate machinery after use.

May cause a positive result in workplace or roadside drug tests.

Not suitable for people with a personal or family history of psychosis, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.

Do not combine with alcohol or other sedatives. Contains almost 50% alcohol.

BMI Balance and Fem Fit Formula (optional):

Both contain caffeine from Green Tea. Avoid if you are sensitive to caffeine, and avoid combining with coffee, energy drinks, pre-workouts or other stimulants.

Not suitable for anyone who has, or has had, an eating disorder.

BMI Balance contains Propolis, so avoid it if you have asthma.

Competitive athletes: these products have not been tested for substances banned in sport.
