ChesTone, available as a tincture or alcohol-free oxymel, blends Mullein, Elecampane, Coltsfoot, Liquorice, Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Lobelia, herbs long used in traditional chest-care practice. The Respo Steam Inhalation Oil & Rub, a fresh blend of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Camphor and Tea Tree essential oils, doubles as an aromatic oil for a relaxing bowl of steam and as a warming chest rub. It makes a soothing ritual for the evening, or whenever you need a moment to breathe deeply and unwind. You can personalise the bundle with up to two optional add-ons: Phyto Defence capsules and Absolute Balance tincture or oxymel.

Absolute Balance 50ml Tincture or Oxymel

A broad sixteen-herb tincture or oxymel for general wellness.

Ingredients: Horsetail, Cayenne, Aloe Vera, Ginseng, Cancer Bush, Echinacea, Schisandra, Milk Thistle, Hawthorn Berries, Slippery Elm, Buchu, Lobelia, Sarsaparilla, Bilberry, Devil's Claw, Spirulina.

Usage

Respopro and ChesTone (both contain Lobelia):

Respopro: take 1 to 3 capsule(s) daily with water and a meal.

ChesTone tincture: take 4 to 8 squirts under the tongue or in a little water, once or twice daily.

ChesTone oxymel: take 15 to 30 drops under the tongue, neat or in a little water, once or twice daily.

Take Respopro and ChesTone at different times of day, never together, and never exceed the label dose of either.

Respo Steam Inhalation Oil & Rub

Steam: add 2–3 drops to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water. Close your eyes, cover your head with a towel, and breathe gently for 5–10 minutes. Keep a safe distance from the water to avoid burns.

Chest rub: massage a small amount into the chest and back.

Wash your hands after use.

Optional add-ons

Phyto Defence: take 1 to 3 capsule(s) daily with meals.

Absolute Balance: also contains Lobelia. If you choose it, do not take it on the same day as Respopro or ChesTone without advice from a healthcare practitioner.

Lobelia (in Respopro, ChesTone and Absolute Balance):

Lobelia has nicotine-like effects, and taking too much can cause nausea, vomiting and a racing heart. Never exceed the label dose.

Take Respopro and ChesTone at different times, and do not add Absolute Balance on the same day without professional advice.

Avoid combining with smoking, nicotine patches, gum or vapes.

Do not use if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy or a seizure disorder.

Other cautions

ChesTone contains Liquorice, which may raise blood pressure and lower potassium.

Phyto Defence and Absolute Balance contain Cancer Bush. If you take antiretroviral (HIV) medication, do not use them without your doctor's approval.

Avoid if you are allergic to plants in the daisy family, such as ragweed or chrysanthemums (Coltsfoot, Elecampane, Echinacea, Milk Thistle).

Respo Steam Inhalation Oil & Rub

For external use and steam inhalation only. Do not swallow. Camphor, Eucalyptus and Tea Tree are harmful if swallowed, especially by children.

Not suitable for children. Never use it near a child's face.

People with asthma should use steam inhalation with care, because strong aromas can trigger symptoms.

Avoid the eyes, nostrils, broken and irritated skin. Patch test before using as a rub.

Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience any of the following:

nausea, vomiting, excessive sweating, a racing heart, dizziness or tremors

wheezing or increased breathlessness

rash, burning or swelling

Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Tea Tree, Camphor and Eucalyptus are toxic to pets, especially cats. Store in a cool, dark place with caps tightly closed.
