Gums & Teeth is a refreshing multi-herb blend of Clove, Wormwood, Marigold, Mullein, Golden Seal and Peppermint, used as a daily herbal mouth rinse. Clove, one of the oldest spices in traditional mouth-care practice, completes the routine as capsules or a tincture. You can personalise the bundle with up to two optional add-ons: Propolis, the resin bees use to protect their hives, and Vitamin C Herbal, a plant-based blend of Rosehip, Hibiscus, Elderberry and Baobab.

Ingredients: Propolis, Alcohol.

Vitamin C Herbal 60 Capsules

A plant-based blend of vitamin C-rich fruits and flowers.

Ingredients: Rosehip (Rosa canina), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), Baobab (Adansonia digitata), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum).

Usage

Tincture: take 4 to 8 squirts under the tongue or in a little water, once or twice daily, about 15 minutes before meals.

Oxymel: take 15 to 30 drops under the tongue, neat or in a little water, once or twice daily, about 15 minutes before meals.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

The Gums & Teeth oxymel contains honey and apple cider vinegar. The tinctures and Propolis contain alcohol.

Vitamin C Herbal contains Black Pepper, which can affect how some medications are absorbed, and Hibiscus, which may lower blood pressure.
