Usage

Daily routine

Digestone: take in a little water once or twice daily, as directed on the label.

Digestopro: take with water and a meal, as directed on the label.

Synbiotic Blue: shake well and take at the same time each day, as directed on the label. If you are taking antibiotics, allow at least 2 hours between them.

Optional add-ons (choose up to two)

Intestopro: take on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours away from meals, medication, supplements and the rest of this bundle, including Synbiotic Blue.

Colon Cleanse: take with a full glass of water, and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Bromepain: take with meals, or as directed on the label.

Chlorella: take as directed on the label.

Intestopro and Colon Cleanse are designed for short, occasional courses, not continuous use. Take a break between courses, and seek professional advice before using them for longer. Follow the label directions for each product, and do not exceed the recommended dose.
