Usage
Adults: add 5 to 7 drops to 250ml of purified or distilled water, or fresh juice, up to 3 times daily.
Never drink undiluted.
Do not mix with chlorinated tap water. Use only purified or distilled water, or juice.
Take at least 2 hours apart from prescription medication.
Children: only with the guidance of a healthcare practitioner. The label suggests 1 drop for every 15kg of body weight, diluted in 250ml of distilled water, once or twice daily.
Topical: may be applied directly to the skin, avoiding the eyes and broken skin.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
