Usage

First use: start with 1 capsule a day for the first few days to check how your body responds.

General support: 1 capsule daily with water and a meal.

Royal Jelly and Propolis may increase the risk of bleeding. Do not use if you take blood-thinning medication (especially warfarin) or have a bleeding disorder. Stop at least two weeks before any surgery or dental procedure.

Royal Jelly may lower blood sugar and blood pressure. If you have diabetes or take blood-sugar or blood-pressure medication, speak to your doctor before use.
