Tummy Tonic blends Chamomile, Fennel, Dill, Aniseed, Lemon Balm and Catnip, traditional kitchen-garden herbs long used by mothers and grandmothers for tummy-comfort moments. Soothing Baby combines Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Catnip and Oatstraw for calm, cuddly wind-down time and bedtime routines. Baby Bum Balm completes the routine with Marigold, Chamomile, Lavender, Frankincense and Comfrey infused in Grapeseed Oil and blended with natural Beeswax, a simple barrier balm for soft, comfortable skin between nappy changes.

Breathe Ease Balm 50g

A comforting aromatic chest and back rub. Suitable for children aged 2 years and over only; not for use on babies.

Ingredients: Grapeseed Oil, Beeswax, Lavender Essential Oil, Roman Chamomile Essential Oil, Frankincense Essential Oil, Tea Tree Essential Oil, Cedarwood Essential Oil.

Usage

Tummy Tonic: from 3 months and over, give 3 drops by syringe or dropper, daily, ideally after feeds.

Soothing Baby: from 3 months and over, give 3 drops by syringe or dropper, daily. It's especially nice as part of the bedtime routine.

Baby Bum Balm: at each nappy change, apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin. Do not apply to broken, raw or weeping skin.

Breathe Ease Balm; massage a small amount into the chest and back only. Keep away from the face, nose, mouth and hands.

Introduce one product at a time. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Always check with your clinic sister, paediatrician or pharmacist before giving any herbal product to your baby. This is especially important in the first months, or if your baby was born prematurely, has a medical condition, or takes any medication.

Seek medical attention straight away if your baby has any of the following. These products are not a substitute for medical care.

fever, persistent vomiting or crying, or refusing feeds

blood in the stool or nappy

fewer wet nappies than usual, or unusual drowsiness

difficulty breathing, or a rash that spreads or blisters

Baby Bum Balm contains Comfrey. Do not apply it to broken, raw, bleeding or weeping skin. If nappy rash persists or worsens, see your clinic sister or doctor.

Breathe Ease Balm contains essential oils, including Tea Tree and Cedarwood. It is not recommended for babies under 3 months and it is harmful if swallowed.

Avoid any product if your baby is allergic to one of its ingredients, including plants in the daisy family (Chamomile, Marigold), the carrot family (Fennel, Dill, Aniseed) or bee products (Beeswax).

Stop use and seek medical advice if your baby develops a rash, swelling, wheezing, vomiting, unusual sleepiness or any other unexpected reaction.

For babies and young children, use under adult supervision. Do not use if your child is allergic to any of the ingredients. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen, or if your baby is on medication or has a medical condition.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
