Fill in the short application — your business name, where you trade from and what kind of outlet you run.
We review it
Every application is read personally. We usually come back to you within 2 to 3 working days.
You are approved
We email you your wholesale discount percentage and your personal ordering code.
Place your first order
Shop the site as normal, enter your code at checkout and your wholesale discount comes off the whole order.
Re-order any time
Your code stays on your file. Use it every time you need to restock.
What we ask of you
We keep our standards high because our reputation is built on trust. Please read these before you apply.
- You must be a genuine trading business, practice or outlet — this programme is for reselling, not for personal use.
- You must sell at our published retail prices or above. Please do not undercut the recommended retail price.
- You must never describe our products as medicine, as a cure, or as a treatment for any disease. Our products support wellness — that is how they must always be presented.
- You must use the product names, descriptions and wording we supply, and not invent your own health claims.
- Your wholesale code is for your business only and may not be shared with customers or other shops.
- You may not run paid adverts using the Medicine Like Food name, or set up social media pages or websites that look like our official ones, without written permission.
- Stock is sold to you outright. Products must be stored in a cool, dry place and sold within their best-before date.
- You are an independent business, not an employee or franchise, and are responsible for your own tax affairs.
